Your Challenges:

• Your core activities consist of developing and maintenance of Linux-based software

development toolchain in C/C++ IDE, build systems

• Development, administration and maintenance of the Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) framework and pipelines for Embedded Software development

• You develop and maintain toolchain for model-based software development and automate code generation

• You maintain server, monitor and work on virtualization

• You are responsible for operation of services for automation and project management such as CI/CD, Atlassian products and Jenkins

• You work on strategic development of CI/CD concepts according to project needs

• You create documentation and set up processes for adjustment and development of infrastructure

• You support and communicate with development partners, with project teams and IT

• Collaborating with international project teams

 

Your Profile:

• You have successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technologies or related fields

• 2+ years of experience with DevOps in Embedded Software Development teams, including

Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) Pipelines

• You have good working knowledge of Python, Linux OS, Bash and virtualization tools such as

Docker, KVM and VMware

• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle

• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

• Advanced knowledge and experience with Jenkins and Gitlab

• Good knowledge of C / C++

• Advanced knowledge about build-systems, especially make

• Strong analytic abilities and great affinity for innovative ideas

• Good teamwork and communication skills in an international environment

• You speak English very well, and German language is considered as a plus

• You’re a team player with a service-oriented working style, and as a self-confident person, you

always have an eye for the essentials

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in working on Application Containerization by developing Dockerfiles and Container orchestration using Kubernetes for advanced installation, configuration and deployments

• Experience in designing and implementation of Continuous Integration (CI),

Continuous Delivery (CD) using one or more of the DevOps tools / technologies in below areas:

• Project Management & Tracking – JIRA / RTC / Rally

• Code Management System – GitHub / SVN / BitBucket / TFS

• Build – Maven / Ant / Gradle / MSBuild

• Code Quality – SonarQube / Junit / NUnit / PMD / JMeter

• Continuous Integration Tools – Jenkins / TeamCity

• Continuous Deployment – uDeploy / Ansible / Chef / Terraform

• Operating System - Unix, Linux, Windows

• Cloud Computing Knowledge – Azure / AWS, Certifications preferred

• Experience in writing scripts using Python / Ruby / Go / Groovy / Java Script / Shell Script

• DevOps Maturity Metrics data collection and Reporting in Dashboards

• DevSecOps experience, CheckMarx, Security certification is a plus

• Experience in software development life cycle activities on Application

development and maintenance projects using .Net, Java, JEE technologies is a plus

• Good Troubleshooting, Analytical, Communication and Client Interfacing skills

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
