4NE1 will retain NEURA’s signature design philosophy and core technical specifications. As we approach the late 2026 release, we may introduce refinements to the hardware and aesthetics to ensure peak performance and industry-leading usability.
How will I receive product updates before the delivery date?
By placing a reservation and subscribing, you will receive updates detailing the status of the release. Major announcements will also be featured on the NEURA Robotics website.
Can 4NE1 Mini navigate stairs and uneven surfaces?
4NE1 Mini is designed to work effectively on ground level and uneven surfaces. Stair navigation is currently under development, with updates to be shared as we approach the release.
Is my €100 reservation fee truly refundable?
Yes. You may request a full refund of your reservation fee at any time before your final purchase agreement is signed. Upon final purchase, the €100 will be applied as a credit toward the total unit price.Â
